Identity V delivers what Dead by Daylight can’t: anime crossovers

The Promised Neverland cast comes to Dead by Daylight as collectable character skins

Mobile games and anime make the perfect pair. No, I won’t elaborate on that, but what I will do is fill you in on an upcoming Identity V crossover event with The Promised Neverland. As reported by 4Gamer (via Siliconera), it’s set to kick off on February 23, and a new trailer sheds some light on what to expect.

It’s worth hopping in during the crossover period, as you can net yourself some sweet event rewards and character skins. The Promised Neverland’s Emma, Norman, Ray, and Isabella will soon make their grand debut in the world of Identity V as collectable costumes for existing heroes.

Identity V, if you’re unfamiliar, marries the creepy, button-eyed character designs of Coraline with the intense catch-and-mouse action of Dead by Daylight. While it might appear a little friendlier than Behaviour Interactive’s gory hit, it’s still not for the faint of heart.

That said, if Identity V isn’t quite your cup of tea, be sure to check out our list of the best mobile multiplayer games around, as well as our in-depth Dead by Daylight Mobile review.

Yes, DBD might boast crossovers with the likes of Silent Hill, but Identity V has anime on its side. You can grab it right now as a free-to-play game from over on the App Store and Google Play.
