The rumours have been circling like they’re racing around Baby Park all week, but now it’s official, the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC wave 2 is coming very soon. As promised, there are eight new tracks to dangerously drift through, including the domain of the purple-capped anti-plumber himself, with Waluigi Pinball.
While Waluigi’s DS-era track might be the most popular comeback that’s part of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC wave 2 release date offerings, the other courses included in the Turnip and Propeller cups are hardly a letdown. The Turnip Cup consists of N64 train-track-crossing Kalimari Desert, the iconic Mario Circuit 3 from the original Super Mario Kart, and the contemporary city-dash New York Minute from Mario Kart Tour.
The Propeller Cup is another exciting line-up, with another Tour track in Sydney Spirit, a GBA classic cold one with Snow Land, Mario Kart Wii’s infamous Mushroom Gorge, and brand new track Sky-High Sundae, which is as you can imagine, absolutely full of delicious desserts.
