The Nintendo Switch OLED Model is rapidly approaching, with a release date set for October 8, the same day as the long-awaited return of Samus in Metroid Dread. So many Nintendo fans are hoping to get their hands on one of the lovely new devices, as handheld gaming will look better than ever thanks to the vivid and expanded OLED display.

There are even a few more additions, including expanded internal storage from 32GB to 64GB (look, every little helps), a LAN port available right from the dock itself and a brand new design for the kickstand, now taking up the entire back of the Switch and offering more support for tabletop mode.

Many retailers have already sold out of their initial stock of the Nintendo Switch OLED model, but a few are either allowing pre-orders, or have allocated more stock ahead of the much-anticipated release next month. So, we have put together a guide for the best places that you can secure the nifty new Nintendo Switch.
