If you’ve read our TOEM review then you’ll know that we’re massive fans of this little gem of a game, which is why we’re super hyped for the TOEM physical edition. iam8bit is working with the TOEM team to bring the game’s characters into the physical world.
In classic iam8bit fashion, the physical edition of this pictorial adventure doesn’t just include the full game on a Nintendo Switch cartridge (no code in a box in sight), but the box is packed with extra surprises. Inside you’ll find four character standees to display on your shelves and exclusive box art designed by artist Nuri Durr.
Something We Made’s BAFTA-award-winning debut game has a stunning soundtrack, which has also received the iam8bit treatment in the form of a double-album vinyl release. The record jacket mimics the in-game photo album and you can purchase it separately or in a bundle with the physical edition of the game.
When is the TOEM physical edition release date?
Pre-orders for iam8bit’s physical edition of TOEM and the two-disc vinyl soundtrack go live on September 21, 2023 at 09:00 PDT/12:00 EDT/17:00 BST. This is a limited release, so make sure you act fast! The products are scheduled to ship in early 2024.
