Anchors up for the Cat Quest: Pirates of Purribean release date window

Thanks to the PlayStation Showcase, there's a Cat Quest: Pirates of the Purribean release date window, with the seafurring adventure coming to Nintendo Switch.

It’s time to prepare your paws for the high seas, as out of nowhere, we’ve got a Cat Quest: Pirates of Purribean release date window. With the reveal coming during the PlayStation Showcase, this third entry in The Gentlebros’ series of fantasy-infused cat games is leaving the land behind to do its best Davy Jones impression. Oh, and it’s also coming to Switch, so take that Sony stans.

With a clear graphical enhancement from the first two Cat Quest titles, you can expect more dungeon crawling, overworld monster-bashing, and of course, endless cat puns in this adventure RPG. It also looks like you can sail your own ship in this seafaring title, making for a swashbuckling time away from the Cat Quest worlds we’ve already explored.

The Cat Quest: Pirates of the Purribean teaser trailer – as you can see further down the page – doesn’t give too much away, but does give an indication of the new watery world of adventure you can jump into. You’re going to need those nine lives to get through this one, though, with some mean-looking rat raiders and marauder mice taking on our hero cat in the teaser.

When is the Cat Quest: Pirates of the Purribean release date window?

While we don’t have an exact release date, the Cat Quest: Pirates of the Purribean release window is set for 2024. You can check out some early gameplay footage in the teaser trailer below.
