Following the success of Devsisters’ mobile franchise, the Cookie Run: Braverse TCG is coming to expand on the world and lore of GingerBrave and the rest of the sweet treat gang. With Cookie Run’s continuously expanding cast of heroes, this new card game looks to rival Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and the upcoming Disney Lorcana, as the hottest collectable TCG in town.

Arriving in Korea in 2023 before a wider launch in 2024, Cookie Run: Braverse is a card game that utilises the countless cookies from Cookie Run: Kingdom and beyond into a strategic battle. There are plenty of plans for a competitive scene, too, with Devsisters announcing 2024 championships in Japan and the U.S. before the first card is even out.

To make its card game, Devsisters has hired some of the finest artists possible for the project. Official Digimon designer Watanabe Kenji is working on Cookie Run: Braverse alongside Rup Shinomoto, an artist with experience in Dragon Ball, Yu-Gi-Oh, and One Piece TCG projects.

While the card game has a September 2023 release window in Korea, we’re not exactly sure how deep into 2024 the worldwide release is. Still, we’re sure to see more of Cookie Run: Braverse as the PR train starts chugging down the tracks to the release date, and with the artist on board, we can’t wait to see some of the results. There’s also a countdown on the official Cookie Run: Braverse website, though there are still more than 100 days left.
