November 27, 2020: Our Depth of Extinction giveaway has now finished
We here at Pocket Tactics love a good tactics RPG – hey, it’s in the name – and having just finished Feral’s recently launched XCOM 2 Collection on iOS, we’ve been on the lookout for more! What we found was Depth of Extinction. This turn-based tactics RPG has everything that a good XCOM-like needs, including stealth, ambushes, ten distinctive classes to choose from, and more weapons than you can blast a monster with. Extinction also features over 30 enemies from five different in-game factions, and tops it off with some roguelike elements.
In the game, you take charge of a squad representing the last vestiges of government in a flooded post-apocalyptic world. You have to fight against the factions emerging from this hellhole by forging the ultimate squad of characters. Sounds like fun, no?
We’ve partnered with HOF Studios this week to give away some Switch copies of Depth of Extinction. So if marshaling your squad to blast some hellish future-folk in turn-based gameplay sounds like your kind of thing, be sure to enter below!
