You can already reserve the unannounced Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5

Not only are Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 pre-orders already live, but you can also save money by reserving the new yet unannounced foldable phone.

Samsung Unpacked is scheduled for July 26, and while we have a rough idea of what tech the show could reveal, there’s no official confirmation. Given all this, it’d be a bit odd if you could start a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 pre-order, but that hasn’t stopped Samsung. While we can’t guarantee it’ll join the ranks of the best Samsung phones, it is likely the cheapest way to get the handset on day one.

On the Samsung Unpacked countdown website, you can “register and reserve the next Galaxy products and get up to £150 off” – though this discount doesn’t apply to one individual purchase. In the fine print, it says “participants can save up to £150 when buying multiple products”, so don’t expect a big chunk off one new handset.

It’s a little funny that Samsung lets you pre-order something you haven’t seen yet, but when you go to the reservation page it becomes apparent what’ll show up. There’s a flip device, fold device, smartwatch, and tablet. These almost certainly mean the Galaxy Z Flip5, Z Fold5, Watch 6, and Tab S9 Ultra, as we saw in the recent Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 release date leak.

How do I start a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 pre-order?

To pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and the other upcoming devices from the company, just head to the Samsung Unpacked website. From there, type in your details and reserve to get $50 in credit on the Samsung website. You can do this for the Fold, as well as the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip5, Watch 6, and Tab S9 Ultra.
