Here's how to find every TOTK gleeok:

What are Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom gleeoks?

Those with a mind for Zelda lore know gleeoks from previous adventures, but those whose Hyrulian days began with Breath of the Wild might not. Gleeoks are three-headed dragons, offering a boss-level challenge that makes Lynels look like child's play.

TOTK gleeok locations

Above is a map showing the locations of all nine gleeoks found on the surface of Hyrule. There are three of each type - flame, frost, and thunder. Prepare accordingly to defend against their attacks and counteract their elements.

King gleeok locations

If that's not enough battle for you, there's another type of gleeok waiting for you… the King gleeok. There are three of them scattered across Hyrule's skies, on unmarked islands in the four corners of the map, and one that waits in the Depths. These fights will be harder, so make sure you're prepared.

To find the gleeoks in the sky, look for islands that are this shape:

The King gleeok in the Depths is located right underneath Typhlo Ruins.

How to beat Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom gleeoks

To take down one of Tears of the Kingdom's mighty gleeoks, your first step is to take to the skies. As gleeoks don't join you on the ground until they're on 25% health, or you stun them by hitting all three heads, the dragons fly around blasting elemental attacks at you. Beat the gleeoks at their own game by attacking from above, using an elemental arrow that the specific gleeok is weak to, and then repeat until it lands. On the ground, use your best weapon to hammer the gleeok into smithereens.
