IFA 2023: Anker is ready for Apple’s switch to USB-C on iPhone

We’re live at IFA 2023, and Anker just announced its new lineup of charging accessories — and this time Anker’s USB-C charging all the way.

Anker is the de facto charging king, making many of the best iPhone charging cables on the market today. Now, though, Anker is USB-C ready with a bunch of new devices, all but confirming the long-rumored switch away from Lightning for the iPhone. While we won’t know until the iPhone 15 release date, it sure looks like manufacturers have a heads-up.

There are two new power banks, both pretty small and stylish, with built-in USB-C connectors so you don’t have to worry about remembering a cable. The 22.5W Anker Nano Power Bank is a little lipstick-sized block with a connector that folds into the device – unfold it and it can just sit at the bottom of your phone and make use of its 5,000mAh battery. Meanwhile, the 30W model is a bit fancier, with double the capacity, a smart display, and an attached cable for charging.

We also got a look at the new Anker wall plug lineup, which are all far smaller than the standard ones Apple offers yet pack the same punch. Plus, there are seven new MagSafe charging docks from the company all with 15W wireless charging – some of the earliest on the market to offer this Qi2 compliance.

This all comes alongside Anker’s Soundcore brand launching a new pair of over-ear headphones, the Space One, which offers active noise canceling on a budget, costing only $99.99 / £89.99 / €99.99. You can check out the headphones below.
