It’s celebration time in Garena Free Fire as the mobile battle royale game closes in on its fifth anniversary (boy, time sure does fly, huh?), and to mark the occasion, the dev team has a number of events lined up, all of which culminates in the anniversary itself.

Right, let’s break down the Garena Free Fire fifth anniversary event and what it entails. For starters, there’s a map capsule from August 28 onwards, while you can get some damage dealer items between August 16 and August 18, and we suggest you grab those. It never hurts to give yourself an advantage on the battlefield.

Then, as if that isn’t enough, there’s a gold login campaign that runs between August 17 and August 28. During this time, you can get 2,000 gold coins every day simply for logging in. Just think about what goodies you can grab with that cash. But wait, there’s even more, as you can earn a variety of in-game items for playing with friends between August 21 and August 24.

When is the Free Fire Fifth anniversary event?

Besides the aforementioned events, there’s a clash squad practice event between August 18 and August 21, while the new map checking occurs between August 20 and August 25.

The penultimate event is a Final Countdown login event between August 22 and August 26, which offers plenty of in-game items. However, the peak day of all this is August 27, and while there are no details on what to expect, we suspect it’s not something you want to miss.
