Mobile game giant Netmarble has announced the launch schedule for its new isekai RTS game, including the Grand Cross: Age of Titans release date. The game, previously known as Grand Cross W, aims to be Netmarble’s answer to the best mobile strategy games out there.
The story follows Mio and Eujin, an idol just days away from her debut and a strategy game genius, as they’re sucked into a different world. They arrive in Skyna and meet Princess Destina, who enlists them to help her kingdom drive away the invading forces of Chaos. You control these two unlikely heroes as they lead various troop types including infantry, archers, and siege weapons to retake territories lost to Chaos.
Grand Cross’ new title comes from the Titans, a giant battle unit resembling a mecha or Gundam that’s capable of taking down even the strongest enemies, regardless of the terrain. This 2D-animated MMO RTS features a range of single-player and multiplayer game modes including Castle War and main story chapters.
Min-Suk Kang, PD of Netmarble F&C said, “Grand Cross: Age of Titans is a project that takes existing strategy games and animation graphics to the next level with distinguished strategic play. The game offers a variety of unique characters, animation graphics, combat, and innovative massive warfare content.”
