A Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link beta is coming in January

The new KH mobile game is getting ever closer to release as Square Enix has announced a closed test period for Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link

As we wait for more information about Kingdom Hearts 4 and Sora’s story, Square Enix has announced a new closed “Prototype Test” for the upcoming mobile game Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link. We don’t currently have a release date, but this test suggests that it will be coming soon.

If you can’t wait that long, you can sign up for the Prototype Test (which we assume is a Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link beta) between now and December 26, 23:59 JST via Square Enix Members. However, to be eligible to sign up, you must live in Japan, be over 18, and agree to the terms and conditions on the website.

The Prototype Test is iOS-only, although the game is in development for both iOS and Android. Square Enix will only accept around 1,000 people into the test, which will run from January 13 to 18, 2023.

This announcement has also given us some new artwork for the game.
