The sequel we’ve all been waiting for – no, not Avatar – is here. Pedro Pascal is back as detective Tim Rockford in another Merge Mansion live-action short. It’s not only the internet’s collective fave, either – there’s plenty of other recognisable figures in it as well.
Pedro reprises the role of Tim Rockford, of course, and has Ashley Benson of Pretty Little Liars fame, Jesse Williams (Marcus in Detroit: Become Human), the game theorist MatPat, and Buzzfeed Unsolved’s Shane and Ryan joining him. That’s a lot of famous faces to take in!
This is the latest live-action short in a series of smashing chapters produced for Merge Mansion. Kathy Bates, horror legend herself, took on the pivotal role of Grandma Ursula for a while, and more recently worldwide dad sensation Pedro Pascal entered the fray. The shorts boast a whopping 37 million views, which is sure to rise even further with this latest addition.
The short features the gang as they head into the Paramour Estate in Los Angeles for a day of immersive fun – a live theatre and escape-room-type affair where they must uncover clues in every nook and cranny to try and figure out what is going on. Just what is Grandma up to? What is she hiding? Why are there so many secret rooms?
