It’s the week of the Tokyo Game Show, with developers from all over the world descending onto Japan’s capital to share updates and teasers for their latest titles. Included in the packed lineup of live streams from the event is the 505 Game Showcase, with the publisher behind some of the best Switch games of recent years bringing its upcoming releases to your screens.

We’re most excited about hearing more on Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, with the Pocket Tactics team big fans of the fledgling Eiyuden Chronicle series. We’ve known the game is coming since the massively successful Kickstarter campaign back in 2020, and just last week we learned a little more, including a release date, during the Nintendo Direct showcase. We’re hoping there’s more gameplay footage on show during the 505 Games Showcase to get us even more excited.

Outside of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, the 505 Games Showcase is also set to tell us more about cyberpunk-influenced titles such as Ghostrunner 2 and Nivalis. We still don’t have word on whether we can expect either of these titles on Nintendo Switch just yet, but we’re hoping that there might be an update during the showcase on whether we can expect them to arrive on Nintendo hardware in the future.

If you want to see more on the exciting upcoming titles from 505 Games, you can tune into the showcase yourself over on the official Tokyo Game Show YouTube channel at 03:00 PT / 07:00 ET / 11:00 BST. Still, don’t worry if you can’t make it, as the stream shall become available on YouTube shortly after premiering.
