It’s all about Final Fantasy this week, as Square Enix is to host an FFVII 25th anniversary celebration stream on Thursday, and to keep the good times rolling, the Final Fantasy VII 25th anniversary skins make a triumphant return to the popular mobile battle royale game, Final Fantasy 7: The First Soldier.
That’s right, if you missed the Final Fantasy 7: First Soldier FFVII 25th anniversary collaboration before, you have another chance to grab the retro skins for Cloud, Barret, Tifa, Chocobo, Sephiroth, Vincent, Yuffie, Cid, and Cait Sith, all of which are reminiscent the look each character has in the 1997 original.
There’s nothing like jumping into some intense battle royal action, while sporting a look from the 1990s – we’re here for it, and the fact that FFVII is a favourite among the PT crew doesn’t hurt either. However, as with most things in life, these goodies aren’t free, so prepare yourself to part with either five premium Shinra pack tickets, or 300 Shinra credits.
