Tactics Ogre: Reborn is a remaster of the 2010 videogame Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together which itself is a remake of the 1995 videogame Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together – confused yet? Well, best not worry too much about it, and just think about the new version.

Denam Pavel

Clan: Walister
Age: 18 years old

The main hero of Tactics Ogre, Denam is the son of Abuna Prancet, a man taken by the Dark Knights when they raided his hometown of Golyat. He joined the Walister resistance to fight against the other clans alongside his sister Catiua and friend Vyce.

Catiua Pavel

Clan: Walister
Age: 19 years old

Denam and his sister Catiua lost their mother when they were young. They were both raised by their father, before joining the Walister resistance. She “has an overbearing sense of affection for her brother.”

Vyce lost his father at the hands of the Dark Knights. He grew up as an orphan, rallying against the oppression faced by the Walister, and so joined up to fight against the oppressors.

Dorgalua Oberyth Valeria

Age: 65 years old at the time of his death

Dorgalua brought the realms of Valeria into a single kingdom and then set on a course of racial reconciliation. After his death, with no clear successor, the region fell into civil war. He is referred to as the Dynast-King

Juda Ronwey

Former lord of Almorica castle, Juda led a small team of the Walister in resistance against the Galgastani. He fought for half a year before being defeated and becoming the prisoner he currently is.

Age: 49 years old

Ruler of the Bakram-Valerian kingdom, Brantyn rose to his role as regent of the kingdom following the death of Dorgalua. His rise to power was driven by a lust for power, and aided by the complete trust Dorgalua has placed in him.

Lanselot Tartaros

The captain of the Dark Knights from the Holy Lodissian Empire, Lanselot is also rumoured to be the right hand of High Priest Sardian, ruler of the empire. They came to Valeria under a secret agreement with Brantyn.

Leundar Balbatos

Age: 43 years old

The Galgastan leader, Leundar rules with an iron fist, turning his forces on his own people when they tried to revolt against his attempts to eradicate the Walister.
