It’s adventure time for all you trainers out there. The Pokémon Go Adventure Week 2022 event is just around the corner, and, as ever, it’s full of content for you to enjoy, and plenty of ‘mon that can’t wait to spend some time with you. In fact, two creatures make their debut as part of the celebration.
So, you probably want to know who those Pokémon are? First up is Amaura, a rock and ice-type hybrid from generation six, while the second ‘mon is Tyrunt, another Pokémon from the X and Y games, though this one happens to be a rock and dragon-type ‘mon, who’s also a fossil beast. As part of the Pokémon Go Adventure Week 2022 event, these two ‘mon debut in field research and eggs.
Given that it’s all about rock and fossil Pokémon this year, you can look forward to frequent encounters with ‘mon such as Kabuto, Larvitar, Shieldon, Cranidos, Lileep, Rhyhorn, Omanyte, Aron, Anorith, Graveler, Aerodactyl, and Pupitar. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter a shiny one.
When is Pokémon Go Adventure Week 2022?
Pokémon Go Adventure Week 2022 begins on June 7, and runs until June 12. During this time, you can enjoy double XP each time you spin a Pokéstop, and get five times the amount of normal XP for the first one you visit.
