How do I start the ‘They Who Hear the Sea’ quest in Genshin Impact?
To kick off this quest, you’ve first got to find a specific echoing conch, which is located on the north side of Twinning Isle. Our Genshin Impact conch locations guide can help you if you’re stuck.
Once you’ve found the conch, you’ll find a location marked on your map. Head on over to it and slay the nearby enemies to spawn a chest, which is locked and requires you to use the code above to open it.

- Primogems x40
- Mora x20,000
