Who is Tower of Fantasy’s Bai Ling?
Though she may look young and come across as a little meek, Bai Ling is, in fact, the current leader of Banges’ HT201 Shelter, overseeing its daily operations and combat commands. But this position only recently fell into her hands, and as such, she feels a little overwhelmed and flustered by all the new responsibilities. Regardless, she’s proved herself to be considerate, meticulous, responsible, and good at bookkeeping, showing that she clearly has what it takes to keep the shelter in good shape.
Bai Ling is an SR Simulacra who wields a grievous bow called Nightingale’s Feather.
What is Tower of Fantasy Bai Ling’s banner?
Bai Ling is an SR simulacra available on any of the limited or standard weapon banners. You’re guaranteed to get one SR weapon every ten pulls, so it shouldn’t take long for you to gather at least one or two copies of Bai Ling and her Nightingale’s Feather.

What’s the best Tower of Fantasy Bai Ling build?
Bai Ling is a ranged SR Simulacra who is unfortunately out-performed by the SSR weapons and even most SR weapons across all fronts. She is, however, great for early game progression, offering enough range for you to take down enemies at a distance and allowing you to avoid enemy attacks. Nightingale’s Feather is also the only SR weapon that inflicts grievous damage, so she can be handy against enemies that have weaknesses to that damage type.
What are Tower of Fantasy Bai Ling’s weapon stats?

Tower of Fantasy Bai Ling advancement
You can advance Tower of Fantasy weapons by using their corresponding fusion cores, which you get by collecting more than one copy of a character. After you get your first copy of Bai Ling and her Nightingale’s Feather, you can purchase another copy through the Commissary’s weapon store for 35 black gold. Alternatively, you can get a duplicate of Bai Ling by pulling on the banner.
Advancing your weapons by spending fusion cores and gold unlocks special bonuses. Here are all of the bonuses you gain from unlocking each of Bai Ling’s advancement stars.
- One star: restores one dodge attempt every fifth normal attack, or after using a piercing shot
- Two stars: increases the weapon’s current base attack growth by 10%
- Three stars: increases headshot damage by 30%
- Four stars: increases the current weapon’s base attack growth by 20%
- Five stars: dodge skills inflict grievous on targets for seven seconds
- Six stars: increases crit rate to grievous targets by 30%, and crit damage by 50%
What’s the best Tower of Fantasy Bai Ling matrix set?
When it comes to boosting Bai Ling’s performance through matrices, you’ve got a few options. You can go with a full SSR Samir set or two Samir and two Tsubasa, to take advantage of both Nightingale’s Feather’s range and high hit rate.
Alternatively, for a more easily obtained SR option, you can either go with three pieces of Bai Ling’s set, which increases her grievous damage, or three of Hilda’s set, which increases damage when enemies are outside of a certain range.

Who is Tower of Fantasy Bai Ling’s voice actor?
We’re not sure who Tower of Fantasy Bai Ling’s English voice actor is, as they aren’t credited in the game. However, her Japanese voice actor is Rina Hidaka, who you may recognise from one of her many notable roles, including Sword Art Online’s Silica/Keiko Ayano, Epic Seven’s Karin, and Milim Nava from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.
