Mondstadt’s annual Windblume Festival is in full swing, and plenty of familiar faces from far-off lands have arrived to celebrate the city of freedom. But, with all the hustle and bustle, it can be tricky finding them all – so we’ve put together this Genshin Impact Windblume character location guide to help you catch up with them all.

So let’s take a look at all the Genshin Impact Windblume character locations.
Venti
As to be expected of our favourite tone-deaf bard, you can find Genshin Impact’s Venti sitting at a table behind the Angel’s Share tavern. To get to him, head northeast of the central Mondstadt teleport waypoint.
Timaeus and Ying’er
Check in on the blooming romance between Timaeus and Ying’er by heading to Timaeus’ usual spot, next to the Mondstadt alchemy station. To get there, teleport to the central Mondstadt waypoint and head southeast, towards the alchemy symbol on your map.
Cyno
Where else would the king of Genius Invokation TCG be other than by the Cat’s Tail? You can find Genshin Impact’s Cyno sitting at a table next to the Cat’s Tail tavern, likely planning his next deck, by heading to the south of that trusty central teleport waypoint once again, next to the cat face icon on your map. You can even challenge him to a game, if you fancy.
Mona and Klee
It looks like Genshin Impact’s Klee fancies a bit of fish blasting in her favourite spot – luckily, Genshin Impact’s Mona is here to do some damage control. You can find Mona and Klee on the banks of Starfell Lake, close to the Statue of the Seven.
Albedo
With Mona on Klee-duty, her dutiful big brother and top-notch scientist Genshin Impact’s Albedo is finally taking a break. You can find Albedo sitting at a table on the balcony above the Good Hunter Inn, which is marked by the knife and fork symbol on your map. Climb up to reach him and take a seat.
Amber, Collei, Eula, and Sucrose
The Windblume Festival marks the long-awaited reunion of old friends Genshin Impact’s Amber and Genshin Impact’s Collei, with Genshin Impact’s Eula and Genshin Impact’s Sucrose also joining in on welcoming our favourite dendro gal back to Mondstadt. You can find Amber, Collei, Eula, and Sucrose outside the Knights of Favonious Headquarters. To get there, teleport to the western Mondstadt teleport waypoint, then head southeast.
Tighnari and Mika
The two outdoorsy boys, Genshin Impact’s Tighnari and Genshin Impact’s Mika, are hanging out, likely discussing the lives of an adventurer and a forest watcher. You can find Tighnari and Mika at the edge of the pointed cliff, just to the north of the Windwail Highland Statue of the Seven (northeast of Dawn Winery). You might just learn a couple of new adventuring tactics from them when you get there, too.
Candace and Setaria
While Mondstadt’s Windblume Festival is in full swing, over in the luscious lands and dry deserts of Genshin Impact’s Sumeru, Genshin Impact’s Candace is filling in for Dehya as Setaria’s bodyguard. You can catch up with Candace and Setaria in Aaru Village, by the wooden elevator. Just teleport to the Aaru Village waypoint and head to the northeast until you end up on the other side of the town.
Dehya
While Cyno’s off enjoying some much-needed rest, someone’s gotta guard his post – and lone-wolf Genshin Impact’s Dehya is, of course, up to the task. To find Dehya, teleport to the waypoint just outside Sumeru City’s Akademiya, then head inside and take the first hallway on the right. You can find Dehya just outside.
